How many users should I plan for?

As many as people responsible for a diagnostic.

For each domain to be evaluated reliably, assign individual access to each pilot:

  • CEO – vision, strategy, finance
  • CTO – tech, performance, scalability
  • Product Manager – product, UX, roadmap

Each person fills their section, signs their scores and comments; Compass then cross-references all data to produce the synthesis and recommendations.

You can of course add other key roles (Head of Sales, CMO, Ops): the principle remains the same —1 critical role = 1 account.
